I started WBD Management because I couldn't find an HR firm that actually got it — that you have to show up for the business and for the people in it at the same time. So I built one.
Fifteen years. Ten industries. Retail, healthcare, entertainment, engineering, media, sports. I've worked with startups with three employees and organizations with hundreds. I've stood companies up from scratch and walked others through their hardest moments.
Today, I lead a dedicated team who help organizations build stronger systems, support their people, and navigate growth with confidence.
I've been called the Olivia Pope of HR. I'll take it.
